When Harold, the pitcher plant, sees his owner eating jellybeans he begins to wonder whether the candies would make a tasty change from his usual insect meals. Somehow Harold's owner senses his curiosity, and the plant grows big and strong on his weekly jellybean treat. Humorous illustrations support the story.
